Complete Coaching is for you if:

Common Questions
Do I need a gym membership?
Ideally, yes. A well-equipped gym gives us the most options for progression. That said, I can also build an effective program for home training or for frequent travel.
How often do we communicate?
Blueprint (Premium): daily access via WhatsApp from 08:00 to 20:00 CET.
Standard: weekly check-in and weekly WhatsApp and email support.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. I ask for a 3-month initial commitment. Real adaptation takes time and we are building a lifestyle, not a 30-day sprint. After that, it is month to month.
What if I have an injury?
I am not a physical therapist, but I can adjust training around minor aches and pains. If you have a serious injury, we can coordinate with your medical professional.
Do you provide meal plans?
Yes, when it fits the client. Nutrition is tailored to your goals, schedule, preferences, and experience level. No one-size-fits-all approach.
